By utilizing the Zenfulnote application ( " App" ), you consent to the protocols detailed in our Privacy Policy. Should you disagree with this Privacy Policy's stipulations, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the App. The Privacy policy  is established  to let you know what kinds of personal information we may gather during your use of this App. We hold the prerogative to revise or adjust our Privacy Policy occasionally without prior announcement. Continued  use of our App after the introduction of these revisions signifies your acceptance. Should we decide to enforce these adjustments retroactively or to previously held personal data, we will duly inform you of such changes. Except for  third party service providers stated herein used for storage and security services, we do not share any user data with any other third parties.

App does not use cookies or any other tracking mechanisms.

Minor's Privacy:
Zenful note age restriction is 13 and up. By using this App, User confirms they are 13 years or older. It is advisable for parents or guardians to monitor their usage.

Updates and Changes:
We'll keep you informed about any changes to this privacy policy through App updates and in-app notifications. Please ensure you keep the App updated to remain informed.
 

International Data Transfers:
All data collected is stored exclusively in the USA. We leverage AWS for storage purposes and Cloudflare for enhanced data security.

IP Address and Location Data
We don’t retain your device’s primary IP address,  We may employ  analytics  that help gauge App usage. 

How is my data Secure?

The data you share via the App is Encrypted. We do not keep your passwords. If you lose your password, you will have to create a new one.   Part of our security protocol may occasionally involve verifying your identity before granting access to your Personal Information and resetting password. It is pertinent to note, however, that despite our earnest efforts to protect your data, no online transmission can be 100% guaranteed to breaches. We acknowledge your  data's safety is paramount.  We rely on trusted (Third party service providers) such as AWS for storage and Cloudflare for advanced security.

 

Use of Data:
customer agrees that Zenful Note may use de-identified, anonymized information collected during  the term of the use of the application for the purposes of benchmarking or enhancing, and training our AI models to provide better insights or developing Zenful Note offerings. All such de-identified and anonymized information will be deemed Zenful Note’s property. 
 

 Retention Period of Your Data

Subsequent to the cessation or deactivation of your account, we commit to erasing your personal data. Nonetheless, we may hold onto specific information, inclusive of your profile details, for a reasonable duration for backup, archival, or audit objectives. In the course of our ongoing business operations, there may be changes to our corporate structure or ownership pertaining to the App. Furthermore, we might divest specific assets related to the App. Consequently, it's imperative to note that, in such occurrences, we may convey a portion or all of your data to a body that is acquiring our assets in whole or in part, or to another entity with which we are amalgamating.
